Anand has over 20 years’ experience in M&A advisory, stressed assets resolution, corporate banking and infrastructure finance & advisory. His experience includes Deputy MD and Partner with Singhi Advisors (2013-2021) and ICICI Bank (2000-2013). Anand was part of the earliest core team for resolution of banner stressed assets in ICICI Bank, rolled out ICICI Bank’s corporate banking operations in Russia and performed leadership roles in Corporate Banking Group (CBG).

Anand has executed M&A and debt resolution transactions with aggregate value over USD 3 billion (including M&A transaction with aggregate value > USD 1.5 billion). As part of CBG (ICICI Bank), Anand managed a credit portfolio of ~USD 4.0 billion.

Leveraging on his varied expertise across debt and equity products, experience of concluding large and complex M&A and debt resolution transactions and developing lasting corporate relationships across multitude of sectors, Anand’s endeavor has been to deliver lasting solutions for corporates through a combination of M&A, capital infusion and structuring, turnaround and growth advisory.

Uditanshu is a chemical engineer from Institute Of Chemical Technology Mumbai. Prior to joining L Point, Uditanshu worked for HDFC Capital Limited which is the private equity arm of HDFC Limited as an analyst intern. Uditanshu also interned as a researcher for Indian Oil Corporation along with Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Mr. Krishnan Venkatesan has over 48 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Manufacturing, managing stressed corporations, Investment Banking and presently navigating insolvency proceedings while minimising adverse impact on founders. He has a long experience of working with medium size companies.

He has closely worked with companies in the power sector facing insolvency / liquidation processes under the Insolvency law. He has worked as an Executive Director of Ind Barath Power Infra Limited, holding company for several SPV companies engaged in power generation. He also had a 3-year stint with Gati Infrastructure (Hydro Power Division) as Director Finance and Chief Operating Officer.

Dr. Palekar has over 30 years of experience in the chemicals sector. For the past 8 years, he has been consulting several strategic and PE investors on global business strategy. He advises Japanese chemical companies on contract manufacturing and sourcing.

Dr Palekar completed his Post-Doctoral in Petrochemicals from Ghent University, Belgium.
