CAPITAL RAISE

We assist clients to raise structured capital in various forms, including acquisition financing, OTS financing, cash flow gap financing, etc. The potential lenders will include banks and NBFCs, private credit funds, ARCs, special situation funds, etc.

We assist our clients through all stages:

  • 1. Identifying funding requirement;
  • 2. Preparation of the collateral including Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and financial model;
  • 3. Reaching out to the right potential investors and work with the investors to help them evaluate the opportunity;
  • 4. Negotiation and finalization of the terms; and
  • 5. Credit approvals, documentation and closing.
